We LOVE St George!!!

This last weekend we went to St. George. it was nice to get away and feel the warm sun. Saturday morning Matt and John went canyoneering in a slot canyon at Zion. It was a pretty intense experience because they had to wear wetsuits and swim for some of the way. the water was pretty cold.
Later that day we got to go and watch Colten in his first scrimmage as the wide receiver for the St George Blitz (there new semi-pro football team). Then that night we (Matt, Marti Jo, John, Cassi, Steve, and Jill) went repelling at Cougar Cliffs. On our way there we were planning on repelling off of a 140 foot cliff, but me and Cassi were way to scared so we went on one a little smaller. It was about 45 feet and I was seriously so scared. When we got ti the top it was so windy that me and Cassi just laid on top of the rock and held on to the anchors for dear life:) But in the end we were brave and repelled down. But Matt and John were really brave and went down the other side that went straight down. We had a really fun weekend and already miss everyone! Mostly we miss little Lexi Jo who has finally warmed up to Matt, and of course Boo Boo!
