We made it!

I can not believe that it has already been a year since our wedding! But at the same time it feels like Matt and I have been married forever! (In a good way) So our anniversary was on Sunday, but we celebrated it on Friday-Saturday. Matt tried to surprise me by getting us a night at Castle Creek Inn, but he can't keep anything from me so he told me like a month ago (After I pretty much annoyed him til he told me:) So on Friday night we went to dinner at Macaroni Grill and stayed in the Rapunzel room at Castle Creek! It was so much fun! Then on Saturday I talked him into seeing "He's just not that into you" (I don't recommend it) and had dinner at our favorite little Mexican restaurant Cafe Rio:) and just spent the rest of the day together with NO HOMEWORK!!! I loved every minute of it! I seriously cannot even express how grateful I am to be married to such an amazing man. He is everything I ever wanted in a husband and more! I have never met anyone that is as caring and loving as Matt. He works so hard for our little family and our future and never complains about it. Going to school full time and working full time is not easy, but he does it and gives it his all. One of the first things that attracted me to Matt (other than his sexiness)was how non-judgmental and fun he is. He makes friends so easily and everyone loves to be around him. He is so smart and has such passion for the things that he loves most (animals and me, in that order:) I love him so much and I just wanted him (and all of you) to know how proud I am of him and how much I love being his wife! I love you babe!

San Diego :)

While we were in California we spent two days in San Diego. I loved it! We went to Seaworld and the San Diego Zoo and it was amazing. I think that my favorite part was just seeing how excited Matt was about everything. He has such a love and passion for animals that it is fun to go with him and learn everything about everything! So we went to Seaworld first and the first thing we do is go and see the dolphins in their pool. So we are playing with them and I wanted to get a picture of Matt with them so I pull out my camera and start taking a picture and a dolphin comes and whips his tail (fin? whatever) and soaks me and my camera! SO it was funny, but needless to say my camera is now broken:( I did get a new camera, but not for a couple of days so I don't have too many pictures form San Diego, but here are a few. Thanks Kara for letting me use your camera and steal you pictures!

Disneyland

So I thought that I would be able to do just one post for our trip, but I was wrong! So here are some pictures form Disneyland and California Adventures and I will post San Diego later. So as you can see we went to California with Matt's brother Andrew, his wife Kara and their adorable little girl Nicole. We had so much fun with them! Matt and I had not been to Disneyland for like 12 years and we had a blast! The weather was perfect and we pretty much walked on every ride! We had so much fun and we are already ready to plan our next trip!
